Coaching News! CPD 2020- NAWE Action Learning

From April 2011 I'm an accredited coach for Writers and People in the Arts. I studied to become a Relational Dynamic coach for Writers, with fellow writers in association with NAWE and Arvon.

This was an exciting new beginning for me. I am offering a free initial session for those wishing to explore coaching as a way forward for them. A coaching session will allow the coachee to focus on themselves and what they would like to achieve. It offers a safe, supportive and challenging space whereby the coachee can explore their own personal development. A coach helps an individual understand and eliminate barriers to more effective performance. This takes place face to face, by phone or Skype. To find out more please get in touch.

Life Writing Latest Opportunity
Workshop 1st May at Nottm Central Library. My writing has helped me with ‘difficult and important issues over the last two decades’ and this is something that writing can do for us all—it is cathartic, it helps to heal, it allows us to make sense of the world, no matter what our interpretation of that may be. Here, I read a couple of my autobiographical pieces presented by the Society of Authors. There will also be a workshop modelling how to begin your own mini memoirs. Perhaps you can use her title as a life mantra to promote well-being? Come along to reflect upon an important snapshot of time in your life.
